    We have had a similar issue and found that the sensor has picked up glue from the labels. Cleaning it periodically seems to resolve the issue.

    We also started using software once we were in production and we found helpful for learning the rules. It is important to note that you need to send in reports starting the month you receive your federal approval even if they are just all zeros.

    They changed CORE to What is now Whiskey Systems. It removes some functionality. If you didn’t use it, fine. If you did you now need to pay more to get it. Also if you had Pro at $450 you may now be charged even more.

    I recommend against Whiskey Systems at this point. They are just greedy and seeing how much they can get before you break. I joined Whiskey Systems because I thought the highest price I would pay for all functions would be $450. They now have divided stuff up so it goes up to $2750/month! I am looking to leave them now. Anyone with experience transitioning to another software? What do I need to get off before leaving? Any help would be appreciated.
