  1. I've got some specific questions. If you have a bonded winery and a dsp please contact me. treym9004@gmail.com. Thanks Trey
  2. Sorry about that Bob. Thank you Todd for posting a working link. Trey
  3. Hey Charlie, Hope all is going well at SAS. I've been following you guys for a little while now. It is nice to see your product appearing in some stores. I hope to try it soon. As far as franchise laws are concerned about half of the states have some type of franchise structure. The easiest way to find out which states have these laws is to use the WSWA's website. They have a nifty state by state function. Just choose all states and then scroll down to XIII. Franschise. It will populate the states that have franchise laws and also allow you to review the specific state laws. The link is; http://sld.gbdev1.com/home.php. I'd love to talk with you guys about your experience so far. Shoot me an email if you have any additional questions. treym9004@gmail.com.
  4. Hello Steve, I would like to speak with you. Please contact me at treym9004@gmail.com.
  5. I would highly recommend Radel Wood. The website is: http://www.radelwoodproducts.com/ When you factor in the cost of the rack along with shipping, they cannot be beat. Great guys too.
  6. I offer QD's for our wine brand. It allows the chains to undercut independents. Normally with a QD the distributor will offer the chain 6 to 12 dollars per case off your every day low price(EDLP) You will have to negotiate with your distributor on the depletion allowance you will provide. Generally the distributor will eat part of the QD by taking a lower margin and you eat the rest through a DA. So if the QD is 6$ you may have to provide a 3 or 4 dollar DA. If you are going to give that kind of discount I would want at least a 8 or 12 case deal.
  7. Hello. Not sure what size your bottles are; however I use Radel for my wine. The website is http://www.radelwoodproducts.com/ They have an inexpensive 4 case rack, for a couple hundred bucks they can create a brand so your logo is branded on the front. This ensures that your product is displayed on the rack. I've never had a retailer use the racks for another brand. In the event they do you can always recover the rack.
