    I've purchased the plastic ones from Regal Plastics here in Springfield, MO before. Here is the website, http://www.regalplastic.com. I also have had them pre-printed which is way more efficient. They run about $.80 each for 1000qty. Let me know if you need some help getting them put together. Scott
