  1. There needs to be a level playing field for craft distillers, brewery's & wineries selling direct & not distilleries is BS.

  2. Sorry Just saw your response. The other place you may want to look at is Criveller group. Keep in mind most of these fillers are from Italy.. SO buy spare parts. express fill might be US made.
  3. Been looking around at local wineries & wine business classifieds for a plate & frame filter. If anyone in CA has one for sale we would be interested, or can ship to Napa/St.Helena area. Thanks Mike
  4. Depends on what your trying to accomplish, if your trying to get noticed/distribution then the players are there. Expensive but worth it, in my opinion.

  7. Check out Carleson & Associates in Healdsburg Ca. The ideal setup is one pump for mash & other for the shine. Reccomend a diaphram pump for the shine and Waukesha or flexible impeller for mash with a 3in inlet/outlet. Mike

  10. Which ROPP capper are you considering? They have a pneumatic one that is fairly inexpensive and works good for the price (semi-automatic) There automatic lines are definatly nice, not sure if there worth the price. Depends on your production.
  11. Does anyone have experience/feedback with a Texas distributors? There doesn't seem to be many options when selling to this state. Any feed back on this would be great. Thanks, Mike
