  1. Hi everyone, I’m actively looking for a medium size distillery to buy in New York State regardless of inventory and equipment. I already have the brands/distributors/investors. Please DM for any proposition. Looking forward to hear from you.
  2. I totally agree with you, but my goal is to distill the botanicals on site (abroad) so all I'm going to bring back to the US is the actual flavoured spirit!
  3. right ... so in other words : a red tape nightmare! But thanks a lot, it does help a lot!
  4. Thanks a lot @dhdunbar. I read somewhere that foraged botanicals weren't allowed unless foraged in the USA.
  5. Me, again ... I'm in the process of asking for a basic import/wholesaler permit, can I use the facility, space and equipment of an existing running distillery with their own permit? (so basically 2 separate Cie with 2 separate permits in one location/address) I tried asking TTB but no one would answer my questions for 3 weeks. Thank you!!
  6. Hi, I've been through every posts till 2015 and havent find anything on foraged botanicals so here is my question: Let's say I forage wild botanicals in a foreign country and make a spirit with these botanicals abroad then import everything bulk to be bottled in the US; knowing that every botanical is on the FDA list, do I have a chance for my formula to be approved even if the botanicals don't come from a certified provider? Thanks a lot!!
  7. As an individual I doubt they would care but I know Tonka is forbidden. Would you care sharing the name and distillery?
  8. @Southernhighlander I send an email yesterday! Thanks
  9. Hi I'm looking for a 300Gal steam pot still to distill Brandy. This is to ship to Quebec City/Canada. Thanks!!
  10. @HedgeBird you are absolutely right my friend, these kinds of statements are always a long stretch, I totally agree with you, all I meant is I have good faith in what I have to offer and feedbacks are fantastic with distributors already interested in Europe, North America and India.
  11. Hi all, Currently working as a Master Distiller overlooking all operations in a rather big grain to glass distillery (vodka, gin, whisky, etc). I am looking for the right partner/investor to create 2 brands (to start with) as a distributor company. The point is to have no building and no equipment! I find there are already too many distilleries and some of them are struggling reaching ends but there is still a lot of room for new products so we might as well all work together. And plus I'm no fit to work between walls, I need to be out there talking to people and showing my product!
