We have an 800 gallon mash tun and a 300 gallon column whiskey still and can produce somewhere around 80-100 proof gallons of spirits per batch. Prior to the acquisition, we were producing (3) types of vodkas, a Premium vodka, Raspberry Vodka, and Vanilla Vodka.
