We're growing rapidly, with a lot of flexibility as we build out our new production processes. We'd love applicants with brewing or distilling experience, either from the craft world or from the major manufacturing level, but are willing to train the right candidate. Everyone in this industry chooses their own adventure. Looking for a new challenge? The sky is the limit here. We have some contracted production on the books, as well as developing spirits for brands in house. 15,000 sq ft Distillery space, with adjacent brewery 2x 3000L Pot Stills 1x 2000L Gin Still 1x 30' Column Still 8x 8300G Fermenters You can message me directly, or submit a resume to bdowning@talkingcedar.com Brian Downing
