NiagaraCraftSpirits Posted January 29, 2019 Share Posted January 29, 2019 Hi, Niagara Craft Spirits is a small NY Farm distillery operating in Niagara County, NY in the Right to Farm Community of Cambria, NY. We are the only distillery in Niagara County and the only distillery on the Niagara Wine Trail. We are located in between Lockport and Niagara Falls. We are a 'from scratch' distillery, and do 150 gallon mashes of local corn and local malted barley. We also distill wine from the Niagara Wine Trail. 100% of our alcohol comes either from our mash, or from wine from a nearby winery. No GNS. Our stills are 3 - 30 gallon HillBilly Stills.
