barristerandbrewer Posted November 28, 2020 Share Posted November 28, 2020 I strongly recommend going on eBay and looking for a used Waukesha pump. They will handle almost any viscosity you can throw at them and if you get a big one like the 064, it will easily pump bourbon mash at 50 gallons per minute. Just remember that a lot of bad things can happen in 10 seconds when your moving mash that fast through a 2” hose. Also, these work great when controlled by a Lenz VFD and a 5 horse gearmotor.
