1861 Master Distiller Posted May 15, 2020 Posted May 15, 2020 https://www.facebook.com/1861distillery/ We have one huge hurdle to get over before we can start renovations and ordering equipment. In short, we need the council members to understand that it is crucial for our success to be able to serve mixed drinks made with our spirits. Do you have any news articles or data that would help support the importance of distillery success by being able to serve mixed drinks? Wednesday, May 20th we go before our city commissioners to make an appeal for them to create an amendment to our city's current alcohol ordinance so that it aligns with Georgia's statutes and regulations passed in 2017. We have a couple of anecdotal stories from distilleries but would love to have something more "official" to share with them. Thank you!
Naked Spirits Distillery Posted May 16, 2020 Posted May 16, 2020 It is state by state. In MO it is legal and licensed to due so. What state are you located? Sorry, read Georgia right after I submitted. What is Georgia law?
