Machine suitable for application of self-adhesive labelers on cylindrical bottles.
The standard version is equipped with step motors and an electronic speed driver.
The machine is equipped with an electromechanical emergency stop device (product stop),
activated in case of failure in the automatic packaging cycle and that can be used in
manual mode for maintenance operations.
Speed: 1.000 BPH

MACHINE SUPPLIED COMPLETE WITH :
- Complete safety covers with a plexiglass panel
- Infeed screw for bottle separation at the inlet
- In-line machine with N.1 labeling unit
- Labelling unit motion by stepping motors
- Labelling unit supplied with a loading plate for a roll Ø 230 mm max.
- Max height of label: 150 mm
- Labelling unit adjustable in height, for the easiest adjustment to the different types of
labels and bottles
- Start signal for label release by a precision sensor
- Speed of the labeling unit synchronized with the speed of the machine
- Machine base-frame completely covered with stainless steel plate
- Aluminum parts covered with anti-rust painting
The base machine is complete with:
- N.1 station for application of front and back label from the same reel on cylindrical
glass bottle
- Centering device for the bottle with handle and/or notch

I have an Accutek inline 10 head inline filler on standard conveyer.  I am interested in a automatic labeler to add to this line.  Single front label only 5 inches tall
