Hello everybody,

My name is Enzo and I have been lurking for a long time on a few different distiller forums,

I am an engineering student in second year in a college specializing in life science, as such im studying agronomy, agriculture, environnement, physics, maths etc. But also the food industry and I am planning to open my own distillery soon.

I have some experience in brewing as i do it at home and completed an internship in the domain. Right now im looking for a job in the industry for the next few month as a part of my formation, any advice on where or how to search would be welcome !
