Appraiser needed for new distillery

Hi there! We are converting an old downtown building in a small town in Michigan to become our craft distillery. We are planing a significant remodeling effort and we need someone with some industry specific knowledge to provide us with an "as completed" appraisal of the completed building. There is no one local and definitely no comps in the area.  Thanks in advance for any assistance.
