I am not yet distilling but hope to be within the next couple of years (I've been studying and have taken a class on brandy distilling). We (my wife and I) are working with a distiller now to produce a new liqueur, and we are very interested in making my own brandy. We hope to be marketing the liqueur within the year--and making brandy within three years. We plan to start small and stay that way.
