Device works fine but we are not using it as a we do not want to risk getting glass in our product. Sales rep told our other distiller that "we need to buy a new one due to the way they are manufactured". To me this seems like nothing more than replacing a smart phone screen (other than the odd shape). MattH Posted July 19, 2021 Share Posted July 19, 2021 One of our crew dropped the DMA35 from Anton, and their response was that we had to buy a new one, as it was unrepairable. BUT, they did tell me that if we upgraded to the Snap 51 and the same thing happened again it would be repairable... We're based in Australia...
