Since 2020, we have increased our capacity beyond what we will need for some time, and thought it might be cost effective to join with another distillery or partner with one to help them get started or expand and use some of our excess capacity. This is a great way to increase capacity without the cost of a huge expansion project or a great way to get spirits made while going through the licensing process.
