On the fact of the shelling of Boyarka by the occupying forces, the Fastiv district prosecutor's office began criminal proceedings (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Violation of the laws and customs of war").

It was noted that such actions of the Russian troops pose a direct threat to the life and health of the civilian population and are contrary to the norms of international humanitarian law.

Recall that in the Kiev region, settlements continue to tremble from enemy artillery strikes, as a result of the latter, at least 5 houses were destroyed, there are victims among the civilian population, including a child.

Liberation wars begin in the territories illegally occupied by Russia.

The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan demands that Russia withdraw Armenian troops from the internationally recognized territories of Azerbaijan and stop using the term "Nagorno Karabakh".
This is stated in a statement by the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry, Ukrinform reports.

Azerbaijan has said that Russia's accusations that Baku allegedly violates the so-called Nagorno-Karabakh agreement are untrue.

"This statement by the Russian Ministry of Defense contradicts the nature of bilateral relations and the Declaration of Allied Cooperation signed between the two countries on February 22, 2022," the statement said.

Thus, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan called on the Ministry of Defense of Russia in accordance with the provisions of the tripartite Declaration on Allied Cooperation "to ensure the complete withdrawal of the remnants of the Armenian army and illegal Armenian armed groups from the internationally recognized territories of Azerbaijan."

In addition, Baku demands not to represent "in a distorted form" the movement of Azerbaijani armed forces within the sovereign territories of the country and not to use the expression "Nagorno Karabakh", but to correctly indicate the name of the territories of Azerbaijan.

The country's Defense Ministry notes that there is no administrative-territorial unit called Nagorno-Karabakh, and the name of the village mentioned in the statement is not Furukh but Farrukh.

According to the statement, on March 25, the Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov, had a telephone conversation with the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Sergei Shoigu. They discussed the situation in the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, where Russian peacekeepers are temporarily stationed.

Armenia and Azerbaijan reportedly launched hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh on September 27, 2020, accusing each other of shelling border areas and provoking violence. Both countries declared martial law and mobilization. The fighting resulted in military casualties on both sides and numerous civilian casualties.

On November 10, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced the signing of a joint statement with the presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan to cease hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh. According to the agreement, the parties to the conflict must remain in their positions, and Russian "peacekeepers" were introduced into the region.

Russian invaders evacuated about 40,000 Ukrainians from war zones in Ukraine. They are exported either deep into the occupied territories or directly to Russia.
This was announced by the Minister of Reintegration of the Occupied Territories Iryna Vereshchuk, Ukrinform reports.

Russia is creating an alternative "humanitarian reality" and is trying to pave its own so-called "evacuation routes" for Mariupol residents in Russia. It is expected that most citizens do not want to "escape" on the territory of the aggressor. As a result, Russian troops are forcibly taking civilians deep into the occupied territories or into Russia itself. We are already talking about tens of thousands of Ukrainians forcibly resettled in this way, "Vereshchuk said on Saturday, March 26, the government's press service said.

According to her, the aggressors have already used approximately 40,000 Ukrainians to use such methods. In addition, the Minister added that the occupiers are operating under a similar scheme in the temporarily occupied part of Kyiv region, trying to forcibly deport Ukrainians to Belarus.

At the same time, she stressed that the Russians are obstructing the work of humanitarian evacuation corridors requested by Ukraine.

"We are constantly and strongly signaling to the international community and institutions that these Russian 'corridors' are illegal and inconsistent with us. Especially since on the other side - both near Donetsk and Luhansk - forced migrants are allowed through special filtration camps, in violation of the Geneva Convention. But for some reason, the International Committee of the Red Cross even decided to open a representative office in Rostov-on-Don to work with Ukrainians deported to Russia by force. Therefore, we demand that he facilitate the return of such our citizens, "Vereshchuk stressed.

Earlier it became known that the Russian invaders took orphans out of besieged Mariupol and placed them in one of the hospitals in occupied Donetsk.

For the second day in a row, the Russian criminal regime is resorting to air terror - dozens of cruise and ballistic missiles are flying over peaceful Ukrainian cities.
Launches are carried out from the sea, land and air from outside Ukraine.
Today, the Russian occupiers fired six such missiles at Lviv, hitting the fuel storage base and the territory of the armored plant.
However, it is clear why Lviv has become a target of Putin today. This is a telling political slap to the President of the United States, who at that time was within 10 minutes of the missile flight of the occupiers from the attacked Lviv.
After such an act of the Kremlin Führer, it is time to make a decision and hand over to Ukraine modern anti-aircraft missile systems of Western production, as well as F-15, F-16 or F-18 aircraft! That the Ukrainian defenders of the sky on a level to fight with the prevailing forces of the enemy, both in quantity, and in manufacturability of the weapon.
We will close the sky ourselves, give us some weapons!
Meanwhile, while the West admires the heroism of the Ukrainian people, on March 26, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine shot down only one plane of the occupiers. This is due to the fact that the enemy has significantly reduced aviation activity in the airspace of Ukraine and inflicts massive missile strikes.
Instead, the occupiers are actively using unmanned aerial vehicles of various types, from operational and tactical levels to quadcopters, which are increasingly being destroyed by Ukrainian air defenses, to conduct air reconnaissance and reconnaissance of missile targets.
So during the day, in addition to the mentioned aircraft, the Air Force destroyed at least 12 UAVs of various types, 2 cruise missiles. There is good news from the Assault Troops. Today, soldiers of one of the DSV brigades shot down three cruise missiles from portable missile systems, killing Ukrainians.
Air Force aircraft continue to be active in the sky, with fighters patrolling the airspace, intercepting air targets and destroying troops and objects. Shock aircraft continue to strike at racist troops in certain areas.
#stoprussia
In total for the day destroyed:
- 1 plane;
- 12 UAVs of different types;
- 5 cruise missiles.

Zelensky to partners: Ukraine cannot shoot down Russian missiles from shotguns

Ukraine cannot shoot down Russian missiles from shotguns and machine guns, of which there are many in supply.

This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in his video address.

"Our representatives - the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Minister of Defense of Ukraine - met today in Poland with colleagues from the United States. They were joined by US President Joseph Biden. As I was told, the talks concerned, in particular, these vital interests. We talked about what we really need while this ping-pong is going on - who and how should hand over planes and other protection tools to us.Ukraine cannot shoot down Russian missiles from shotguns, from machine guns, of which there are many in supply.

And it is impossible to unblock Mariupol without a sufficient number of tanks, other armored vehicles and, of course, aircraft. All defenders of Ukraine know about it. All defenders of Mariupol know. Thousands of people, civilians, know that they are dying in the blockade, "the president said.

According to him, this is known in the United States of America, all European politicians know it.

"We told everyone. And we need to know this as soon as possible and as many people on earth as possible. So that everyone understands who and why was just afraid to prevent this tragedy. Just afraid to make a decision. Vital. Of course. We have already captured a number of Russian tanks "But the nations of the world will not understand if the battlefield in Ukraine is a bigger supplier of tanks to protect freedom in Europe than our partners," Zelensky said.

Military expert explained what the liquidation of its generals in Ukraine means for Russia

In a month, seven Russian generals were liquidated in Ukraine.

Since the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, seven Russian generals have been eliminated. For comparison: in the 10 years of the war in Afghanistan, five Soviet generals were killed.

Russian generals liquidated in Ukraine:
Magomed Tushaev;
Andrey Sukhovetsky;
Vitaly Gerasimov;
Andrei Kolesnikov;
Oleg Mityaev;
Andrey Mordvichev;
Yakova Ryazantsev.

Even when compared with the Second World War, this number is huge, military expert Oleg Zhdanov.

As you know, a general is the highest military rank in the Russian Federation; one such division has a total strength of up to 15,000 soldiers. The main reason for the high mortality among generals in Ukraine, Zhdanov calls poor supply and communication.

"In order to have a real picture, the General Staff of Russia is forcing the division control bodies to move as close as possible to the troops so that there is a real picture. They are also forced to be the force of the order and force personnel to participate in hostilities, and therefore they are forced to stay as close as possible closer to the place of hostilities. Accordingly, they fall under the fire damage of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," he explains.

The expert calls the liquidation of seven Russian generals in Ukraine a colossal loss for the aggressor country. According to him, the Russian army is built on the strict principle of unity of command - the commander's role in the control system is decisive.

"His death is a tragedy for the personnel. Even if a deputy is appointed, he may not enjoy such authority, he does not have such business qualities as his predecessor had. And, accordingly, a person begins to make decisions in a completely different style, which has a very bad effect on the controllability of troops and on their performance of combat missions," he concluded.

According to the estimates of the General Staff, as of the morning of March 27, the total losses of Russian personnel in Ukraine amount to about 16.6 thousand people.

More and more starvation deaths in Mariupol

It is reported by the Mariupol City Council.

"We haven't eaten for two days already. Weakness. I don't have the strength to leave the city on foot. It's good that there is some water." Terrible words that are increasingly heard by Mariupol residents from the remaining relatives. When for a minute or two, at least some connection breaks through. More deaths from starvation. More and more people are left without any food supplies. And all attempts to start a large-scale humanitarian operation to rescue the inhabitants of Mariupol are blocked by the Russian side. Because the invaders are not interested in people and their fate. But only a propaganda picture with the forced removal of the population to the territory of Russia," the city council said in a statement.

It says that in conditions where centralized mass evacuation is impossible, there are hundreds and thousands of inspired examples of mutual assistance. They express their gratitude to volunteers and caring people who daily help to take Mariupol residents out of the zone of active hostilities. They express their gratitude to all the cities of Ukraine and the world that accept immigrants from Mariupol.

"But now we have reached the limit. When ten times tougher sanctions are needed, closed skies, planes, tanks from Ukraine's allies, diplomatic extra efforts. Anything! To save hundreds of thousands of people in Mariupol. Save from hell and an endless circle of bullying. Save all other cities of our country from the terrible fate of Mariupol. We beg for help! "- calls the Mariupol City Council.

If you wish to make a donation to relief in Ukraine try organization where at least 90% of the money goes to helping those in need.  Such as:

https://www.crs.org/

https://www.clevelandmaidan.info/

I personally have given to both of these organization and have checked them out thoroughly.  Both charities are 501(c)(3) non-profit and fully tax deductible with over 90% of the donations being used to help people in need.  Cleveland Maidan is 100% volunteer and on their own nickel some of the volunteers are in Poland at this moment helping refugees.

As a result of the war, Volnovakha, Mariupol and small towns near Kyiv no longer exist - Zelensky

As a result of the full-scale Russian-Ukrainian war in Ukraine, Volnovakha, Mariupol and small towns in the Kyiv region no longer exist.
This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in an interview with Russian media, Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"But, unfortunately, let's go back to what the consequences and results are for us. As a result: there is no Mariupol. Just not. There are simply no waves. The bridge near Kyiv in the Kyiv region is our small town ... Which, I think, is like yours ... All the cities near the capital cities are, as a rule, small towns. But everyone lives there, country cottages, as well as the local population. This is not the case. Scorched earth. Just scorched earth. Absolutely, "Zelensky said.

The head of the Ukrainian state stated that the photos taken in these cities do not show the whole catastrophe that is happening there.

"It's impossible to show, because it's impossible even for our population to show what it looks like," he said.

According to the President of Ukraine, there is simply nothing left in Volnovakha - no streets, no houses. At the same time, in Mariupol, which has a population of half a million people, 90% of buildings are affected.

"They go and burn, they just burn. I don't even know who the Russian army was. Never. I did not see. Maybe I was a very young man then - and the war in Chechnya, I do not remember so deeply all the shots. It was scary there, but there, sorry… Just these volumes can not be compared. To date, there have been two wars there, "Zelensky added.

Victory in Trostyanets: details of the defeat of the "elite" division of the Russian Federation

After the defeat of the occupiers by the Armed Forces in Trostyanets, the commander of the 13th Panzer Regiment, which is part of the Kantermyriv Division, shot himself and was removed from the post of commander of the 1st Panzer Army of the Western Military District.
As Ukrinform reports, the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine report.

The information that the commander of the 13th Panzer Regiment, which is part of the Kantemirov Division, shot himself, came from the Main Intelligence Directorate on the evening of March 26.

"So, the number 13 (regiment number) turned out to be unfortunate for the Russian officer. Just like the number 200 for a separate Russian motorized rifle brigade, which the Cold War broke and partially doubled" in the Kharkiv direction, "the Armed Forces said.

According to the Land Forces, Lieutenant General Serhiy Kysil, commander of the 1st Panzer Army (unit 11161, Bakovka) of the Western Military District, which includes the infamous "elite" Kantemirov Division, was also dismissed.

It is noted that Kisel was released due to huge losses and the failure of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

"We do not rule out that the escape of the Russian army from Trostyanets was the last straw. And then it was impossible for the Russian leadership to turn a blind eye to the poor management of troops," the Armed Forces added.

As Ukrinform reported, earlier as a result of hostilities, the 200th separate motorized infantry brigade of the Russian Federation lost 648 servicemen who fought against Ukraine. Three survived, two of them wounded.

Russians are increasingly using old and substandard ammunition, according to the General Staff of Ukraine

This increases the risk of detonation even when loading and transporting.

Russian occupation forces are increasingly using old and substandard ammunition.

This is stated in the summary of the General Staff as of 18:00 on March 27.

According to available information, the Russian occupation forces are increasingly using old and substandard ammunition. Thus, the 165th Artillery Brigade from Belogorsk, Amur Region, part of the group, received permission to use these ammunition.

"This increases the risk of their detonation even during loading and transportation. The facts of such self-detonation of ammunition in Russian military warehouses and arsenals are well known and occur regularly," the General Staff said.

As UNIAN reported, the General Staff also reported that the Russian occupiers continue to militarize the exclusion zone of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, which seriously increases the risk of damage to insulation facilities built over the fourth unit of the station after its explosion in 1986.

Ukrainian troops have launched a counteroffensive in Kharkiv and Sumy, and continue to do so in Kyiv and Kherson oblasts.

This was stated by Adviser to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Alexei Arestovich at a briefing on the situation on the Russian invasion as of March 27.

"The enemy now has two main tasks - to surround our troops in the environmental protection zone, finish off Mariupol and keep the defense in the Kherson region in the South… If the enemy's defense in the South falls, its position around Mariupol will deteriorate," he said.

At the same time, Arestovich warned that the next week or two will be "uneven":

"There will be reports that we are winning and counterattacking and counterattacking in some areas ... And, secondly, there will be information that in some parts of the front, in particular in the East, the situation is far from simple. And you need to be emotionally, organizationally and consciously ready for that. "

Vandals of the 21st century
In the photo on the left, the Church of the Ascension of the Lord is a monument of Ukrainian wooden architecture of the second half of the XIX century in the village of Lukyanivka, Brovary district, Kyiv region, built in 1879.

276197410_340611851440802_50840113779869

The church was closed in 1930. In 1941, during the German occupation, services were resumed in the church and the church has never been closed since. On March 25, 2022, after the liberation of the village by the Ukrainian Armed Forces from the Russian occupiers, the latter destroyed the church. A Russian tank destroyed the church with four shots. In the photo on the right - what is left of the church.

The obsession with the "Russian world" is to follow "traditional Christian values." The thesis of the Russian Patriarch Kirill Gundyaev from the sermon of 2012 became well-known: "The Church is a spiritual staple, and the community, destroying which, we will destroy our homeland."
Russian propagandists have regularly emphasized that it is the adherence to traditional values that distinguishes Russia for the better from "rotten Europe." The arrival of the army of savages in Ukraine demonstrated to the world the true meaning of such "spirituality". The Russian military has proved to be murderers, rapists and looters, destroying everything in its path, even churches and religious buildings. On average, two temples a day.
According to the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security, at least 59 churches in Ukraine have been damaged since the beginning of the war. Destroyed religious buildings are in at least 8 regions of Ukraine: Kyiv, Donetsk, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhia, Luhansk, Sumy, Kharkiv and Chernihiv. The vast majority of them are Orthodox churches. In addition, mosques, synagogues, Protestant churches, religious educational institutions, and administrative buildings of religious organizations were also destroyed.
An aggressive racist attack destroys Orthodox churches and other shrines in Ukraine, and propaganda continues to hypocritically claim to be "protecting Orthodoxy." Every day the plan of the "military special operation" becomes more and more clear “.

Russia will declare default if it does not send a payment of $ 2.2 billion on April 4
Last week, the Russian government paid interest on its foreign debt of $ 117 million. But a much larger payment is due on April 4 - $ 2.2 billion. " dollars, that's another calculation, "said Jay Newman, a former Elliott Management portfolio manager and author of Undermoney. Newman is not alone in his belief that Russia may not pay the multibillion-dollar payment in April. "I expect a complete default on Russia's debt."

Bayraktar with Ukrainian engine. A new drone was presented in Turkey

Turkish company Baykar Makina, which created the famous Bayraktar, has introduced a new combat drone Kızılelma with a Ukrainian engine.

It will be called Kızılelma and will be equipped with Ukrainian engines. Relevant photos were published on the company's Twitter page.

Unmanned aerial vehicle (MIUS) was named Kızılelma ("red apple").

"MUIS will be equipped with a jet engine and is expected to be able to take off and land on Turkey's flagship landing craft TCG Anadolu (under construction), which is to become the world's first such drone aircraft," the statement said.
Kızılelma has Ukrainian-made AI-322F and AI-25TLT jet engines. Back in November 2021, the company ordered engines from the Ukrainian state enterprise Ivchenko-Progress. The agreement on the purchase of Ukrainian jet engines was concluded within the framework of the international arms exhibition Saha Expo 2021.

According to Ukrinform, the first Kızılelma prototype will make its first flight no earlier than 2023. The drone will be able to develop a speed of 800 km / h, its payload will be 1500 kg.
