Occupation authorities in one of the temporarily occupied settlements of Zaporizhzhia oblast took into account its negative experience of organizing a pseudo-referendum. Thus, it is planned to hold “elections” in a mixed format: demonstration voting at polling stations, and visiting apartments and houses. The house-to-house visits are supposed to start in advance. Starting from August 30, 2023, representatives of the occupation authorities will start visiting apartments to collect votes. To add more votes, people are brought in from the territory of the russia and settled in houses abandoned by locals in this area. This is related to preparations to rig votes and create the right image for the russian media. The locals are also increasingly pressured into obtaining russian passports. In particular, russian citizenship is a requirement being introduced to pay for utilities, the Internet, and mobile phones. Otherwise, it is impossible. In order to build pressure on the locals in this area, there is an increase in the number of military personnel of Chechen nationality. They behave very aggressively and are tough on locals who violate the curfew.

On August 23, for the first time in history, the Neptune cruise missile of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed a particularly important ground target - the 48Y6-K1 "Podlet" air reconnaissance radar and the 5P85СМ2-0 launcher of the S-400 "Triumph" anti-aircraft missile system. "Podlet" is the eyes of the "Triumph", the radar provides surveillance of the airspace for both low-altitude targets and ballistic missiles, and is a key component of the air and missile defense of the Russian Armed Forces.
According to Censor.Net sources, the intelligence of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine received accurate information about the location of the S-400 positional area near the village of Olenivka in the territory of temporarily occupied Crimea.
The radar provided control of the air situation over the western part of the Black Sea and over the territory of the Kherson region from a distance of approximately 110 km from the front line.
The Navy identified a new cruise missile of the Neptune land-based missile complex to attack the S-400 position, and programmed the route and flight characteristics to bypass Russian surveillance systems.
One "Neptun" missile at a very low altitude went unnoticed and accurately destroyed part of the "Triumph" division, despite the large forces of Russian air defense, concentrated in the occupied Kherson region and Crimea.
The results of the defeat were recorded by a drone of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense. It is interesting that the drone flew far behind the Russians and flies and records damage to the Russian radar, which is designed specifically to detect air targets, but is unable to detect and provide targeting either by the Ukrainian drone or by the Ukrainian cruise missile.
Even during the war, Russia continues to supply Turkey and India with Triumph air defense systems and Podlet radars under the old contracts. But Russian military technologies in this case are obviously inferior to Ukrainian military technologies.
According to Censor.Net sources, the modification of the Neptune missile was developed after the start of a full-scale invasion in accordance with the decision of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces V. Zaluzhny on March 15, 2022. The work was carried out in record time, and the missile was tested immediately in battle.
A new outstanding success of the Neptune missiles of the domestic design bureau "Luch" and soldiers of the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The best gift for the holiday.

The Russian occupiers continue to cynically violate international humanitarian law as they deploy their servicemen in civilian buildings, using civilians as human shields. For example, up to 1,500 servicemen of the russian occupation forces of Buryat nationality were reported to arrive in the settlement of Osypenko (Zaporizhzhia oblast) on August 23. They were illegally quartered in civilian houses together with the locals and on the premises of a local hospital.

Today, August 30, the Russian occupiers launched a massive, combined attack on Kyiv using drones and missiles.

“Night air attack. Kyiv has not experienced such a powerful attack since the spring. The enemy carried out a massive, combined attack using drones and missiles,” the KMVA reported.

It is noted that the invaders first used attack UAVs, previously Shahed. Several groups of drones were heading towards the capital from different directions. However, soon missiles launched from the Tu-95MS strategic aircraft flew towards the capital.

“In general, more than 20 enemy targets were destroyed by air defense forces and means (the exact number, as well as the type of missiles and UAVs, are officially announced by the Air Force). In the capital, falling debris was recorded in several areas. Unfortunately, people died. In the Shevchenko district, "On the territory of the enterprise, pieces of racist rockets killed two people, another was injured. Also, as a result of the fall of the remains of the rockets, destruction and fires occurred in the Shevchenko and Darnytsky districts," the administration added.

It is indicated that in both areas, debris fell on the territory of non-residential buildings. Detachments of the State Emergency Service liquidated the fires that broke out at the crash site.

“Once again we thank the air defense for their excellent work. But once again I will voice the persistent requests of our sky defenders - take care of your own safety! And under no circumstances stop the work of the air defense! Help bring peace in Ukraine closer after our victory!” the chief emphasized KMVA Sergey Popko.

Later, the administration clarified that as a result of falling debris in different areas of Kyiv, two people were killed, and three more were injured of varying degrees of severity. The injured received medical assistance, two wounded were hospitalized.

Two security guards of the enterprise were killed. They were young guys - 26 and 36 years old.

Today's drone attack on the airfield in Pskov demonstrated that there are no safe territories in Russia. This was stated by military expert Sergei Kuzan on the air of the telethon.

He recalled that last year there were already attacks on the Pskov region and then planes and helicopters were damaged. "But there was no such massive UAV attack. This region was considered traditionally protected for the Russians," Kuzan said about today's attack.

According to him, if the border territories of Russia were constantly under attack, then the north, in particular, Pskov, where the main airfield of the elite airborne assault unit is located, was more protected. "It came as a surprise to the whole of Russia," the expert stressed.

He recalled that the 104th Guards Air Assault Regiment, which participated in war crimes in Bucha, is based at this airfield.

"It was on this unit that the function of capturing the north of the Kiev region and entering Kiev was relied upon. That is, it was these Il-76 aircraft in Gostomel that carried out the landing. But this operation then completely failed. These aircraft also operated in the Crimea in 2014, when landing," Kuzan notes.

He notes that we are talking about the destruction of four Russian aircraft.

"We are talking about military transport aviation. The destruction of each unit of such an aircraft is a blow to the strategic forces of the Russian Federation. In addition to the recorded destroyed 4 sides, we can also say that some of the equipment was damaged from fires and debris, because there was a lot of this flight equipment ", - the expert emphasized.

According to him, this night showed that 700 kilometers across the territory of Russia is "a radius of reach for such drones" that were used to attack the Pskov region.

"We see that the number, mass and accuracy of the use of UAVs across the territory of Russia is gradually increasing," the military expert noted.

Breakthrough of drones
1. The year 2023 is the last year in the war, when both sides tried to break through the front by concentrating masses of infantry, tanks and artillery.

2. All elements of a defense breakthrough: isolation of the combat area, counterbattery fighting, demining, mining, infiltration, destruction of small and single targets should be done primarily by drones with the help of other types of weapons.
3. Drones are no longer a means of providing troops. These troops should become a means of providing for drones, planes, tanks, infantry, artillery - all this should be given power to drones.
4. Drones should become the weapon of every unit - from the infantry and sappers unit to the commander of the OUV, in each unit and above there should be positions of operators of drones and anti-drone systems of their level.
5. Large armies must obey the capabilities of drones and anti-drone systems in their actions, human tactics must be tied to drone tactics at all levels.
6. Drones and anti-drones are one and the same and should be applied comprehensively, develop and learn together.
7. Great generals will not be able to achieve victory if they do not start looking at the battlefield through the eyes of the operator of drones and anti-drone systems.
8. Drones and anti-drone systems must become a new type of military, as technological changes occur on a monthly basis, a system that responds to the challenges of the future is needed.
9. Quantity is not decisive. The winner will be the one who better builds the organization, supply, planning, application and management of drones and anti-drone systems.
10. To destroy enemy armies and save the lives of our people, you need to learn how to manage an army of drones.

The Russian occupiers use the so-called "shadow fleet" to rob Ukrainian ports.

This was stated on the air of the telethon by Dmitry Pletenchuk, the speaker of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, noting that it is the "shadow fleet" of the aggressor that enters the ports of Berdyansk and Mariupol.

"There is a so-called "shadow fleet" that does not go to international ports ... it is used with AIS turned off, violating international maritime law. They enter the ports of Berdyansk and Mariupol. They load grain and metal there. they are trying to legalize it in order to export it later," Pletenchuk said.

Putin's "Shadow Fleet"

In October 2022, information appeared in the media that a “shadow fleet” was being formed from tankers with unknown owners to transport oil in the interests of Russia.

As of December 3, 2022, the Russian Federation has formed a shadow fleet of hundreds of tankers to export oil under sanctions

On February 24, 2023, information appeared that Russian oil was being pumped between tankers in order to circumvent sanctions.

In March 2023, it became known that Russia was increasing its "shadow fleet". From 25 to 35 ships enter the "shadow fleet" of the aggressor every month. In total, about 600 tankers (10% of the world market) are used to transport Russian oil.

Tankers were sold by European owners to firms in the Middle East and Asia after the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The aggressor also uses tankers that belong to Iranian and Venezuelan companies. In most cases, ships turn off the automatic identification system, which allows you to determine the dimensions and route, so it is almost impossible to track them.

The use of "Iskander M" ballistic missiles along the front line, and "Kinzhal" aeroballistic missiles in regions that are not covered by the corresponding air defense complexes affects the decrease in the effectiveness of air defense forces.
There is a tendency to search for new routes for cruise missiles, non-standard launch vectors, increased maneuverability.
The targets for enemy weapons in August were: port infrastructure, grain warehouses, airfield network, as well as civilian buildings.

On February 24, Russia launched a large-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Russian troops are shelling and destroying key infrastructure facilities,

conducting massive shelling of residential areas of Ukrainian cities and villages.

I am in the capital of Ukraine, the city of Kyiv.
I do not leave the city, I follow what is happening here, reassure my family and friends, explain the situation and follow the press reports.

A lot of panic messages, a lot of fake news from Russian propaganda.
I select only the information that has confirmation.
As a former military man (in the distant past), I have a good understanding of how hostilities are conducted and what weapons are used.

I will answer all your questions.

Since February 24, Russia has attacked Ukraine, many cities of Ukraine have been destroyed.

Because of the war, I lost my business in Ukraine, if you want to help me and my family, my Paypal is: Alex.Sor.2022@gmail.com
