blackcurrant, macerate of distill for best carry over of flavour.

I have had good success putting them into the still for some gins. You can macerate afterwards, however this would result in a non-clear finished product.

The other option would be to make a smaller distillation of the blackcurrants to add to the finished gin or vodka, this way would enable you to better control the amount of blackcurrant flavor in the finished product.

would be even better if I'd spelt it correctly.. dates back to my gaming days when I was constantly buying and selling pc (computer not product collection) related kit on forums.
