needmorstuff Posted April 21, 2022 Share Posted April 21, 2022 I am on the lookout for a PH meter for measuring PH of wheat mash before adding Hight temp Alpha-amylase. The strike to is between 75c and 85c. I have found the PH850-BR Portable pH Meter - which seems great, just wondering if there are pen versions that are more cost effective than this one.
