Distilling Consultant

We are a brewery and distillery located in San Francisco, CA and are looking for some technical assistance in starting a vodka distillation process.  

Our facility has a full 30 BBL four vessel brewhouse, 14 60 BBL fermenters with glycol temperature control, a 750 gallon Forsythe pot still, and a 300 gallon ASD spirits still.  

We will be using the vodka primarily for our canned cocktails.  

We are looking for an on-site consultant to help our team begin production and teach them best practices and compliance.
