Nilodu
We have just set up our new equipmemt and I am moving over from a single Column still to a 4 column side by side setup (low ceiling). How would I reflux the system. Each column has a dephlag- Would I reflux each column before moving over to the next or would I reflus the whole system as one (which makes more sense)? Kindred Spirits
Just a couple of questions for you. Do you happen to have any more pictures of the equipment? its a little hard to see the complete setup of what's going on behind the columns. Is there a drain at the bottom of each column? If so does it get connected to a pump? or back to the main boiler?

SlickFloss
Yeah this is probably gonna be a mo and a half. before we talk depghs lets talk process piping. Is it set up for you to be pumping reflux from each column's sump back up to the top tray of the column before it or dopes everyone drain back into the kettle?
Southernhighlander
You will need 3 column condensate pump kits to get correct functionality. Also I would strongly suggest a thermostatic valve for dephlegmator coolant control. We sell the pump kits and thermostatic valves.
