My name is Madeline and I am a food scientist/ product developer for a beverage company in Kent, WA. We have been creating non-alcoholic bar mixes for distributors since 2002. We recently wanted to try to become a Distillery Processor to mix products to pair with our brand. But we are finding it to be more complicated than we anticipated, and there is so much to learn. I found this forum, which much more helpful than reading through CFR title 27 and the TTB regulations website. I also joined because all subjects of the beverage industry interest me. I hope that there is a small space for me here!
