It was built by DYE end of 2019, installed in March 2020, and used for stripping and mixing. Photo and diagram attached. Very solid built and works perfect for mashing, mixing, blending, and stripping/pot still runs. steam jacket / dual side and bottom jackets 600 gal working vol, 770 gal total vol motor/agitator (2 blade) control panel and VFD for agitator / 230V copper helmet stainless tube in shell condenser CIP built into pot and copper helmet for easy cleaning glass parrot does NOT have false bottom glass see through manway lighted pot site gauge leveling feet temp port on top of condenser analog thermo at top of copper helmet 4" drain w/ valve No wait time- available immediately.
