Without going into too much detail, we will be terminating our lease at our new flagship brewery/distillery as soon as January of 2023.  We will be looking! for an established brand with strong financial backing to take over the facility and assets (not the business).  We are located at 100 Hooper Street, in the heart of San Francisco's Mission Bay District, and are on the ground floor of the Adobe Headquarters.  

Our retail operations currently generate between $200k-500k per month in gross reveneus, and the following will stay in place with the purchase.

General Terms/Pricing: 
This project was a roughly $11m build, including around $3.5m in FF&E.  
The new tenant will be able to negotiate lease terms, abatement, and TI directly with Kilroy Realty.  
We are assisting with finding a buyer for the assets (not the business)
