Thatch
This still according to the manufacturer will work with any wash other than an all malt wash. Unfortunately we are a malt house as well as a distillery. If you are interested PM me. The still is in the 44212 zip code. The video shows it in operation with a sugar wash at the manufacturers facility. $6000.00 including a controller that will turn off the still and wash pump if the temperature exceeds 214 degrees

SlickFloss
exclusively issues to all malt mashes or what about say a different grain wash like a corn mash?
Thatch
According to the manufacturer, no problem. The problem with an all malt mash is foaming. If you can bring your wash to a boil on your kitchen stove and there is no foam over, then there is no problem. Unfortunately an all malt wash 1 inch high in a 8 inch tall sauce pan will foam over when brought to a boil. But, it has to be a clean wash, this still is not for distilling on grain. 7 hours ago, SlickFloss said: exclusively issues to all malt mashes or what about say a different grain wash like a corn mash? Have you tried an anti-foam agent with the malt wash?
Thatch
No good way to keep it suspended between the 500 gallon fermenter and the still. It's only a problem with an all malt wash.
