Just getting started. Crazy idea to sell whiskey to tourists! Wife doesn't know what to think about it all. In the middle of the startup game like so many others. I have an idea, looking for somewhere to locate it, and the equipment to produce it. I have been purifying tainted water for a little over 5 yrs. My focus is classic American whiskeys, ferment and cook on the grain. I find pleasure in the process learning how to use the science to my benefit. No one has complained yet. Last weekend, I fired up my prototype mash tun. Just a simple heat up, clean, cycle, and cool down. It was very rewarding to see it all connect and function as designed. Excited to leave the world of buckets behind.
