Hello!  I'm just introducing myself! My name is Anjalie,  my husband and I are starting a winery/distillery ( emphasis on distillery) in west Michigan . My husband has been in the alcohol industry professionally for 4 years. However, starting a whole new business from the ground up is a new experience for us.  We appreciate any helpful advice.  We are looking for any used distillery equipment too including a still.  We are in the beginning stages of licenses, we have the local and city approval but now we are waiting on the state.  We have a production space in Hudsonville,MI as well as a tasting room ( new build) lined up.
