New permit question

I am new to the industry.  On the TTB permit form, it is asking for a step by step process.  How detailed should I be?  Can I be vague? Receive raw material, move to dsp area. add to mash cooker, transfer to fermenter, once complete transfer to still, collect distillate, bottle.   If I detail out steps am I stuck with them going forward?  I plan to use multiple starch sources. (Potatoes, corn, barley rye, agave). So do I need a detailed process for each starch as they are different.  Iam just trying to fill this out correctly.
