Hi Community,

Who said you need $3-$5M to start a distillery? Thankfully we've done most of the work for you, and you can be up in Q1 2025 for well less than $1M.

Our DSP FL 200193 was rec'd last week, and all permits to begin the modest build out are fully approved, a massive undertaking in Miami (zoning, plumbing, electric etc etc.)

The space is 4,500 sq. feet with an additional 2,500 sq. ft out back. This is 15-20 minutes South of Miami airport, adjacent to Miami's wealthiest communities (Pinecrest, Coral Gables) and just off US 1. We have 3.5 years on lease with another 5 year option and supportive landlord. The lease is $9,548/month and goes up 3% each year.

Miami-Dade is the 6th or 7th largest county in the US, yet we have basically only 1 small distillery open to the public on Friday and Saturday nights. Greater Tampa has 15 we believe, and Denver might have dozens! Miami can handle 10 more and needs more!

The equipment is a 500L Arnold Holstein with gas boiler and 2,000 and 1,000L tanks, fermenters. Everything you'd need. This equipment worked in NY for 10 years and we dismantled and brought down carefully by Pedowitz movers.

We're looking for $525,000, and you'd want $250k-$300k to finish the build out. We have quotes from 3 different General Contractors. They all estimate 3-4 months of construction and all eager to make this project a reality.

We have 20+ years in the business as an importer (Zyr vodka, Whitley Neill Gins) and brand builders and sell in 30+ states, so we're happy to help navigate if there's someone chasing a dream. We're open to creative partnerships too, or other offers. We have a few ideas that we can commit to funding to give some business out of the gate. A LOT of people have helped us get this far, so from setting the equipment up to finding materials, navigating national expansion or inviting locals to the opening, we're happy to help make this dream come true for someone.
