Hello, my name is James Warren, a brewer/distiller of 14-plus years. I am conducting research for my doctoral dissertation at the business school of Johnson & Wales University, entitled Trouble Brewing: The Relationship Between Professional Burnout and Areas of Worklife in US Craft Brewery and Distillery Employees. Your participation is vital as this study aims to investigate the relationship between work-life factors and professional burnout among full-time brewery and distillery employees over the age of 21 in the US. It will explore how individual and organizational factors contribute to burnout. The goal will be to inform interventions for promoting employee well-being and organizational sustainability by revealing burnout dynamics in this industry.
