We are seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Distiller to join our dynamic team on the beautiful island of Grand Cayman.

Job Description:
As an Assistant Distiller, you will work closely with our Master Distiller and production team to create exceptional spirits that showcase craftsmanship and creativity. Your role will include:

Assisting in all aspects of the distillation process, from grain to bottle.
Operating and maintaining distillery equipment.
Monitoring fermentation and distillation operations.
Collaborating on new product development.
Ensuring quality control standards are met.
Managing inventory and raw materials.

Qualifications:
Passion for craft spirits and a strong desire to learn.
Previous experience in distilling, brewing, or a related field is a plus but not required.
A hands-on, team-oriented attitude.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Willingness to relocate to Grand Cayman.
