My father and I are in the process of purchasing 2 stills ( 100 Gallon Hybrid Still and 100 Gallon Stripping Still ).

All in, factoring pallets, the lot weighs between 1500 - 1600 lbs.
It will be pieced out over 5 pallets square 48" and max height of 7'
Shipping from Missouri zip 63670, to our place in Pennsylvania zip 17842

I got quotes from Priority1 and it was reasonable ($ 1K - 2K), but I've never done anything like this before.
I'd greatly appreciate advice or suggestions if you have experience doing something like this or if you are the business of facilitating this kind of a freight haul.

Hey Bill, reach out to Ian Callahan at Ian.Callaghan@freightquote.com. Tell him Matt from Lindenmeyr sent you, he will get you taken care of. I use him exclusively for my day job!  And I am not to far from you, feel free to reach out if I can help in any way.

Get quotes from multiple LTL trucking brokers.

I've used FreightCenter, Uber Freight, Freightera, and Freightquote without any issues.  You can get the quotes online through their websites. Make sure weights and dimensions are spot on or you'll get hit with serious fees. Also make sure to specify for a "liftgate delivery" if you don't have a forklift at your delivery location.
