Andrew
What is a fair price range to pay a small brewery for (fermented) distiller's beer per gallon? There are a number of variables at play, but for a brew that is straightforward for the brewery, what's reasonable? Regards, -Andrew

will
Some pay $1 per gallonbill I suggested a similar question to a producer, but I asked about his variable costs. He reckoned it was about $0.50/gallon for a whiskey wash containing part corn. Presuming he's already in revenue and his fixed costs are covered, he may be willing to sell it as low as $0.65/gallon in your tanks...but I'd be prepared to pay more. Even at $1.00, it's far below what your costs would be if you didn't already have the physical plant. will
