Hi all,

I am the (often silent) Director of Research at ADI and also the Assistant Cellar Master at Germain-Robin Alambic Brandy. I teach the Nosing & Olfactory Analysis seminar at ADI's Hands-on Whiskey Distilling Class. Bill recommended that I post my Nosing Service consultation company on the forum as a resource for our Members.
