malabarsp
Does anyone have experience with using a TTB Experiemental Still license for producing beverage alcohol (versus fuel/industrial)?
Jonathan Forester
from what I have heard you have to jump through the same hoops, paperwork, etc. for the experimental permit as for the DSP permit. So if you are planning a distillery, you may as well go whole hog.
JohnD
If I'm not mistaken, anything produced under an experimental license must be destroyed rather than sold or consumed.
AdirondackVodka
I believe MSU has an experimental license...because obviously they don't retail anything.
