David Mutch Posted December 4, 2011 Share Posted December 4, 2011 I am interested in starting up a small distillery, that produces fruit spririts and Vodka, I have investigated the business for a few years now and see a great opportunity where I live to pursue this value added product line. I have sourced most of the equipment that I need except i having problems deciding on a still and on a kettle for vodka production. I own a farm and orchard so I have lots of product available to me for production of different spirits. I am looking for suggestions on a still to purchase that wont cost me the farm. I even know several people around the province who are doing just like you. Love to help you out however I can, we're not so lucky with licencing laws here in Alberta.
