It uses its exhaust to pre- heat the incoming water and is the best unit on the market. I have on hand a new in the box Noritz NM132 Natural Gas, On-Demand water heater that was ordered wrong and the dealer wants to charge 25% to restock and two- way freight. I appreciate any help getting it sold. I will take a hit on this and deliver it to any where in the lower 48 for $3950.00 You install. It needs to be vented to the outside. The heat- scavanging exhaust system (ultra efficient) makes access to the orifices damned near impossible without factory level expertise and tools. I wish it were that easy.
