change of address

How hard is it to change addresses for your federal DSP? I see only 1 form to fill out TTB F5100.18 to fill out. It makes no mention of layout or anything for a change of location. This seems too easy to me. What else, at least from a TTB point of view, does one have to do? If it is indeed this easy, it seems like a decent idea to start with a small place and plan on moving quite quickly, saving yourself rent on a bigger place as you start up. I was mostly thinking this because it seems hard to negotiate a good deal on a bigger location when you make it subject to state and federal approval. First location would have no tasting room then, and the still would have to be electric to make sense...am I missing anything here?
