Redistiller?

We are in the process of completing our TTB application and have a question regarding exactly what the TTB considers redistillation.

In the application, the TTB requires a statement about whether spirits will be redistilled.

If we purchased NGS from a vendor for further distillation, is this considered redistillation?

If we make vodka to then make gin, would this be considered redistillation?

Any help would be appreciated.

If you obtain spirits from someone else and distill them (like GNS), you are redistilling.
