Attended one of Phil's one day classes. Just wanted to say it was very informative and well worth the cost. Phil and his crew answered every question and were great. Lunch was good too! Anyone interested in distilling, working on opening a distillery, or just curious should try to attend one of Rock Town's classes. I don't know Phil personally, just my two cents.
