pressure9pa Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 I realize this is a longshot, but does anyone have any microdistillery industry statistics on the capacity utilization rates of the stills in our shops? Failing a pubished number, has anyone researched this well enough to offer an estimate?

We are purchasing a still with a much larger capacity than will be used in the first three or four years, with the idea that the marginal cost of a larger still is not as high as the cost of a new still when we're ready to grow. Where are you in Indiana?
pressure9pa Posted January 31, 2013 Author Posted January 31, 2013 ^Still haven't finalized a site. We have looked at the North Vernon area unsuccessfully, and are now looking in the Greenwood area.
