Hello from New York City

I've been on lurking on the forum for the better part of last year while I planned my operation. I'm putting the finishing touches on my business plan and have investors lined up to propel me financially into this endeavor. I know I'm one of many in the New York area either already distilling or in the process of getting approved but I'll be introducing a new type of spirit that is not currently being crafted here.

My uncle's family from Georgia was into moonshining and I've learned quite a bit from him as well as traditional methods for distilling from other parts of the world.

Look forward to getting to know you guys more and learning from all of you. Hopefully, once I'm up and running, or during the process, I can be helpful in anyway.
