Hello from South Dakota

Hello Forum,

My name is Dennis and I currently reside in Sioux Falls, South Dakota where I lead the helm for our brewery division that creates roller grinders for the craft brewery scene all over North America. I hope to create a solid foot plant in the craft distillery culture this coming year just like I did with many craft breweries from coast to coast: Maui Brewing, Stevens Point Brewing, Revolution Brewing, Half Acre, Helm's Brewing, Hess Brewing, Pizza Port Brewing, Smog City Brewing, COOP Ales Work, Rivertowne Brewing, etc. as the list goes on.

I hope to network with many of you and share some new technology on how to improve your grain efficiencies when grinding corn, wheat, barley, and rye down to flour.
