Pros and Cons of Chalvignac Pruhlo Pot Still

I am considering a Chalvignac Pruhlo Pot Still to make 3 barrels a week of Whiskey and Fruit Brandies from a 30 BBL Brewery. What if any considerations would you have in choosing this still over others? Quality of Spirit, User-friendliness, ability to clean between productions, time, etc.

I like the products I have seen come out of this still and I am looking for feedback from experience.
