Water testing

I am looking at leasing a space that is on a well. I am wondering about getting the water tested to see if it is usable as is. Does anyone know how/where to get it tested and the cost and how to read and what to look for in the report?

I found a local lab that did a water analysis for ~$90. It depends on the level of detail and exactly what you want analysed.

Certainly hardness (temp & permanent), iron, nitrates. Probably coliform and other bacteria on a well.
