NorthStar Posted February 13, 2013 Share Posted February 13, 2013 Hello everyone. I am in the initial stages of developing our business plan and learning about the craft. I have been snooping around the forums for some time now and reading a couple different books. I am excited to learn the craft and join this community of distillers. At present, we are lining up trips to other distilleries which should help with the planning. I am always open to any advice. Particularly, we are looking to get an affordable (200 gal plus) still that is capable of producing GNS in a reasonable amount of time. Any advice is appreciated.
