I use a press

i second a pneumatic bladder press. The other idea would be to get a lauter tun w/ false bottom or pump throgh a strainer like they sell at glacier tanks but you could risk a lot of tannins getting released, not sure if it matters tremendously or not.

2 bars of pressure and it will be a pancake. however, get one that tips. for the money though you could just get a lauter tun.
