Michaelangelo
I have a restaurant moving in next door. There is a brick wall separating the spaces, and both units are sprinklered. Should I be concerned about their emissions, venting from their exhaust hoods, flames on their ranges, etc.....?
porter
Now that's some interesting questions. Always concerned about taking care of our own stuff, but what about someone else screwing things up. My suggestion would be to work on getting in tight with the rest. owners so you could see if they have any 'code' problems with their own equipment installs and offer some guidance. Would be better to help out from the start than to find something later and have code enforcement take a harder look at both of you, based on the neighbors screwup. mattabv
great advice! Also see from your side any preventative measures you need to take, ie. fire caulking penetrations etc.
