Austontatious Posted June 2, 2013 Share Posted June 2, 2013 How big of an issue do you think convictions for distribution of controlled substances over 10 years ago will be, with regards to licensing of a commercial distillery now? I don't think the specifics are relevant, but I completed all treatment, etc, and have had a total of one speeding ticket since. Think I can still make mybdream happen? Your state alcohol authority (and municipal authorities, if applicable) may be of greater concern. I'd suggest having an attorney contact them as well.
